Product Storage
All our products may be kept frozen up to one year at 0° F (six months at +20° F), and may be thawed and re-frozen.
Cakes may be refrigerated for 8-10 days, depending on the product.
Frozen desserts & pastries require approximately 4 hours to thaw at room temperature. Products may be thawed overnight in a refrigerator; then removed and let stand at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
